Starchild Saturday Japanese Playgroup
Our program caters to preschool children aged 2 or above
In response to requests from many parents for a place where their children can learn Japanese while attending local English-speaking daycare, we started our program.
Mebae class is our Saturday program at Starchild for the youngest children.
Here, kids have a lot of fun while learning Japanese, with a focus on conversational skills through group activities and collaboration.

| Saturday Playgroup Mebae Plus will begin in September 2024 |
| For those who are interested in reading and writing Hiragana and increasing their Japanese vocabulary. We will have a small group lesson for one hour after the Mebae class, according to your level. |
Daily Schedule
| 9:00-9:30 am | Arrival and Free play |
| 9:30-9:40 am | Morning cercle time |
| 9:40-11:00 am | Activities (crafts, play musical instruments, exercise games, etc.) |
| 11:00-11:45 am | Lunch |
| 11:45 am-12:00 pm | Farewell session and Pick-up |
| 12:00 pm-1:00 pm | Saturday Playgroup Mebae Plus Class |

Application procedure
- Fill out and email the application form
- After we send a bill, please pay online
- When you enroll more than one child, you get 10% discount for the tuition after the first child.
- We cannot accept credit cards. We cannot process refunds once payment is made.
- The application period closes when we reach the maximum number of students.
